Packaged in an envelope titled "Command Artist Of The Week" that this set was shipped in. Includes 5 (duplicated info) panels of title strips for each disc, and two cover slicks (7" color photo of LP cover) for the tray liners on jukebox windows. RS 826 SD is only found on the "Seeburg" titles strips and labels as a reference to the LP these songs are from.
