Latrelle / Dirty Girl, Wrong Girl, Bad Girl Originally signed as a writer to Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds' publishing company, Babyface connected with Latrelle after listening to her sing background vocals for one of his artists. Latrelle began lining up songwriting and background vocal gigs with some of today's hottest artists including Britney Spears, Lauryn Hill, Babyface, Joe Mystikal, and gospel luminary Kim Burrell (Latrelle's musical inspiration). In addition, Latrelle has contributed her songwriting skills to albums from Destiny's Child, Monica, Mary Mary and Next. Her Arista Records album debut, Dirty Girl, Wrong Girl, Bad Girl features stellar production work from some of the hottest producers in urban music from Babyface and The Neptunes to Allstar, David Anthony, J.R. Swinga and Mike City. Latrelle co-wrote the majority of the album along with writing partner and mother/manager/producer Aleese Simmons. 9.
