Movie Synopsis:

The Middleburg Orphanage's days are numbered unless its director, Max Sinclair (John Denver), and his ragtag but devoted wards can find a way to fend off the money-hungry developers and stay together as a family. Helping them out are a single mom (Cindy Williams) and the elderly butler from Max's aunt's mansion, where he grew up.
