SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Items are packaged for shipping using industry standard padded bubble mailers, If multiple items are purchased we may opt to use a cardboard box with bubble wrap at our discretion.
If an item should arrive with damage by the US Postal Service it may be returned for a refund, provided you use the "Contact Seller" link associated with this order and select the reason of "Other" and let us know about the damage first, We will then reply back with return instructions and a refund will be issued upon it's return.
Photo's of any damage may be required before a return can be processed.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded unless you have purchased Insurance with your original order, Insurance can be added if you contact us ahead of time so we can adjust the shipping cost, Insurance is an additional $3.00, Orders listed with "Free Shipping" may be assessed a $3.00 charge before any refunds to cover the actual cost of the free shipping that was given, it's only free for you, it's not free for us as it is built into the sale price, the US Postal Service does not refund shipping to us unless the package was insured from the start.
Return shipping for whatever reason is the responsibility of the buyer.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING TIME:
DOMESTIC (Within the continental United States)
"Economy Shipping" has an estimated arrival time of 4-10 business days.
"Standard Shipping" has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. require a few extra days no matter which method you choose.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Estimated delivery time: 2-6 WEEKS
Most International packages are delivered within 2-3 weeks, however how your government handles the package upon arrival into your country can determine just how long delivery takes. Should your package get held up for inspection that can slow delivery down into the 3-6 week delivery time frame, this is because of your government, not us, if your package fails to arrive within 6 weeks (very rare) please contact us back and we will file a claim with the shipper and authorize a replacement be sent out to you ASAP.
