International delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and in some rare cases up to 6 weeks for delivery. The delivery time will depend greatly on how the package is handled by your Government upon arrival into your country, should the package get held up for importation inspection it can delay delivery into the 3-6 week range.

Items that are defective will be exchanged or replaced with the EXACT same item upon the return of the defective item (unless another is not available), once the defective item is received we will confirm any defects and issue a replacement item, a refund for the cost of returning the item will be issued within a reasonable amount.
