The A-Side says written by Martha Williams but was in fact written by the three principle members of Convertion. Although listed as a Convertion track, the B-Side is in fact the original version of Four Flights' 1978 track, "81683". This release is partially unofficial because, according to Dunn Pearson Jr., Sam Records added "All I Want Is You" as the B-side to this record without his consent. The credit to "J. Carter" as a co-writer is unexplained.
