Carrollton pressing of the re-issue, with prefix 'QC', has Terre Haute markings and may have 'XG', on one or both runouts. This means the disc was plated at Terre Haute but pressed at Carrollton. (Originally issued with 'TC' prefix: [r=1282593) Ted Jensen's 'TJ' etching is on just one of the runouts, not both. Issued with a custom inner sleeve.
