This first US Mercury label design was used from 1949 until the late 1950s. The 'winged head of Mercury' sits at the bottom center of the label (see pictures). The "oval-shaped Mercury logo" was introduced around 1958. Given the 1959 release date of this entry, the label type (pictured) implies that this is one of the earliest Mono pressings, right before a label change to the "oval-shaped Mercury logo".
