Black label RCA pressing, pressed by [l406973 per stamped ‘I’ in runouts. Original copies included a printed inner sleeve with credits, and a 'David Bowie Official International Fan Club' mail order insert. A number of copies were packaged with a 20"x20" color poster, with the catalog # CPL1-2030 printed in the lower right hand corner. Some copies included a sticker with the track listing, either on the shrinkwrap or applied directly to the rear sleeve.
