This version differs from other Carrollton pressing per liner variation. This sub's version has "FAITH" in dark blue and "GEORGE MICHAEL" in tan, whereas other Carrolton pressing has "FAITH" in dark blue, but "GEORGE MICHAEL" in black. This release comes with printed inner sleeve, but also a separate 12x12 'lyric sheet with full page photo of George Michael's face on one side and lyrics on the other. Catalog number appears with "OC" prefix on spine but just "C" prefix on labels. 40867 appears on inner sleeve and lyric insert sheet. Track A3 is in two parts, but this is not designated on the back cover. The label lists the track as "I Want Your Sex (Parts 1 & 2)." The inner sleeve lists the track as "I Want Your Sex (Monogamy Mix)." Catalog number "OC 40867" on spine, and catalog number "C 40867" on labels. Catalog number "40867-S1" shows on the hype sticker on front cover shrink with a unique layout that includes "Faith, George Michael First Solo Album". Other hype stickers found on this release include just the "hits" included. Some copies were released with golden promo stamp on back side over barcode.
