This version is the Richmond pressing plant variation and can be identified by the image of James Brown's head on the printed on labels as well as by the runout groove etchings. For example, on some of the other versions, he is shown wearing a hat. Comparatively, there is another version with indistinguishable labels. However, that version can be identified through playback because DJ Hank Spann can be heard calling out to various cities and by the side A runout groove etchings.
