Enhanced CD ("CD Extra") which acts as a key to unlock content via a website.
Packaging is a standard transparent jewel case with 8-page roll fold booklet. A parental advisory explicit content strong language warning is printed directly on the front cover of the booklet. An FBI anti-piracy warning is printed on the rear cover artwork/rear of CD tray liner, and on the disc.
An "AO3" mold pressed appears between the two ++ at the runout.
This live album was released in two formats with packaging unique to each format.
This being the CD only version contains a 70 minute concert. The other version is
packaged with a DVD.
The Intro track is a reading of a section of the Quran called "Ar-Rahman"
(The Most Gracious), read by Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais.
