| Synopsis | Silent screen idol John Gilbert leads a stellar cast in this all-talking adaptation of Leo Tolstoys classic play The Living Corpse. Infatuated with Lisa (Eleanor Boardman), the fiancee of his best friend Victor (Conrad Nagel), Russian wastrel Fedya (Gilbert) woos and marries her, but misses his drinking and gambling. Abandoning his wife to take up with a fiery gypsy (Renee Adoree), Fedya allows Lisa to believe hes dead so she can finally marry Victor. So when its discovered hes still alive and his wife is accused of bigamy, Fedya must decide whats more important in life - Lisa happiness or his own. Shot first, but released after His Glorious Night (1929), Gilberts talking feature debut, Redemption reveals his voice as cultured but not as virile as his screen image demanded. Unable to make the transition to sound, Gilbert would appear in eight more films before his death from a heart attack at age 38 in January 1936. |

Delivery times within the Continental USA are 4-10 business days from the time of shipment, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US Territories need to allow up to 7 extra days for delivery.
International delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and in some rare cases up to 6 weeks for delivery. The delivery time will depend greatly on how the package is handled by your Government upon arrival into your country, should the package get held up for importation inspection it can delay delivery into the 3-6 week range.

RETURNS: We DO NOT accept returns for buyer remorse (you changed your mind or no longer want it).
Items that are new and have been opened and used are non-refundable for any reason.
Items that are defective will be exchanged or replaced with the EXACT same item upon the return of the defective item (unless another is not available), once the defective item is received we will confirm any defects and issue a replacement item, a refund for the cost of returning the item will be issued within a reasonable amount. (The amount it costs us to send you a replacement).
Should a replacement not be made available a refund or store credit will be issued.
There is a 14 day return policy for defective items.
