Notes:
Side A and Side D ends in a locked groove. This is the second edition with dark-green/light-green labels. The images are silkscreened in two colors, black and gold, on both front and back of a thick, heavy craftboard (2 pieces of tan hardboard/masonite), bound with a slightly thinner red cord. [One spike points to right. Original inner–sleeves are numbered on front, numbered & stamped on back. The first edition featured a few significant differences: - The labels are printed silver/dark green and do not feature the publisher's credit "Screaming Red Music". - The plates are darker and more "bronze", the cord is slightly thicker. - The front plate is printed gold & black. - The backside features logo with thin black lines & two–tone gold border. [One spike points to top.
